The service we had from Roy was absolutely superb. He took time discussing our requirements before taking us through every step of the process to set up our computer system in our Physiotherapy clinic. From selecting the machines, to installing the network and getting the computers up and running Roy has taken us through every step Professionally. Our system has been fast and reliable, with Roy promptly offering his expertise with any minor difficulties that we experienced. Roy's planning and organisation enabled us to confidently replace most of our IT equipment at the same time as moving offices. He ensured our staff and the IT equipment supplier knew what was required of them, and when. This meant that on the move day critical staff and the company database were working before the furniture arrived, and almost everyone was at their desks, able to do their job soon after lunch.

We have known and worked with Roy for many years. Our company is small compared to some of the work Roy does, but I know we will get the same level of commitment from him that he offers to larger businesses.
